TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing or using PDF Guide Lab, you agree to these terms.

1. THE PRODUCT

PDF Guide Lab is a web application that provides pre-researched ideas for digital PDF guides, based on real search data across multiple niches. A single purchase grants one person lifetime access through a personal access code.

"Lifetime" means for as long as the application remains in operation. We intend to operate it indefinitely, but we do not guarantee any minimum period of availability.

2. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your own business purposes.

You may:
- Use the ideas and data to create and sell your own guides and products.
- Access the application from your own devices.

You may not:
- Share, sell, resell, or publish your access code.
- Share your access with other people or businesses.
- Copy, scrape, export in bulk, or republish the contents of the application.
- Create a competing product or database using content from the application.

We may revoke access without refund if we detect code sharing or bulk extraction.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply in your country.

5. DELIVERY

Access is delivered by email immediately after payment. If your email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact pdfguidelabb@gmail.com.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

PDF Guide Lab is a research and idea tool. Nothing in the application or on this website is a promise of income, sales, or business success. Any examples shown are illustrative and not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, for the content you create, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

8. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The application does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

9. AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the application available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The application, its design, its database, and its branding are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Ideas you build on remain yours.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
