REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

PDF Guide Lab is a digital product. Your access code and application link are delivered by email within minutes of purchase. Once access has been delivered, the product cannot be returned.

By completing your purchase, you request immediate access and expressly acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance purchases in the European Union.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for lack of use, or because the product did not produce a specific business result. PDF Guide Lab provides research data and ideas. It does not guarantee sales, income, or outcomes of any kind.

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS

We will refund you in full if:

- You never received your access code and we are unable to deliver it to you.
- Your access code does not work and we cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
